目的

本文总结1例子宫下段剖宫产患者围术期中西医结合护理经验，为复杂病情下的临床护理提供有效参考。
方法
2
给予子宫下段剖宫产手术治疗的同时，联合健康宣教、心理护理、术中低体温预防护理、新生儿护理、术后并发症预防护理及中医特色护理。
结果

患者焦虑情绪明显消除，未发生低体温、感染及下肢静脉血栓等不良事件，体征稳定；焦虑自评量表（SAS）评分由58分降至35分，Caprini量表评分由2分降至1分，视觉模拟评分法（VAS）由5分降至2分；患者术后住院时长为7 d，于3月17日出院。
结论

对子宫下段剖宫产患者给予围术期中西医结合护理的效果显著，可为复杂剖宫产病例的个性化护理提供参考。
Abstract
Objective

This article summarizes the perioperative integrated Chinese and Western nursing experience for a patient undergoing lower segment cesarean section， providing an effective reference for clinical nursing under complex conditions.
Methods

Alongside lower segment cesarean section surgery， integrated interventions were implemented， including health education， psychological nursing， intraoperative hypothermia prevention， neonatal care， postoperative complication prevention， and traditional Chinese medicine （TCM）-specific nursing.
Results

The patient’s anxiety was significantly alleviated， with no adverse events such as hypothermia， infection， or deep vein thrombosis. Vital signs remained stable. The Self-rating Anxiety Scale （SAS） score decreased from 58 to 35； the Caprini Risk Assessment Model score reduced from 2 to 1； and the Visual Analogue Scale （VAS） score dropped from 5 to 2. The postoperative hospital stay was 7 days， with discharge on March 17.
Conclusion

Perioperative integrated Chinese and Western nursing demonstrates significant efficacy for patients undergoing lower segment cesarean section and offers a reference for personalized nursing in complex cesarean cases.
