摘要

本病例报告总结1例65岁男性患者，因右侧下肢无力3 d，于2024年07月30日入院，大便2～3 d一行，排便费力，需辅助排便，诊断为脑梗死。患者临床表现为排便费力，需辅助排便，通过评估患者症状、心理状态等，制定个性化护理计划，并实施三生汤中药膏摩结合隔姜梅花灸治疗，效果显著。该病例强调综合治疗及护理在脾胃不和治疗中的重要性，明确三生汤膏摩与隔姜梅花灸的协同机制，即“膏摩通腑+艾灸温阳”，共调脾胃气机，可为临床实践提供参考。

Abstract

This case report summarizes the nursing care of a 65-year-old male patient admitted on July 30， 2024， due to right-sided lower limb weakness for 3 days， accompanied by difficulty in defecation （bowel movements every 2–3 days requiring assistance）. Diagnosed with cerebral infarction， the patient exhibited symptoms of impaired bowel function. Through comprehensive assessment of symptoms and psychological status， an individualized nursing plan was implemented， integrating Sansheng Decoction herbal ointment massage and ginger-isolated moxibustion therapy， which yielded significant clinical improvement. This case highlights the importance of combined therapy and nursing in managing spleen-stomach disharmony， elucidating the synergistic mechanism of "ointment massage to unblock the bowels + moxibustion to warm Yang，" collectively regulating spleen-stomach Qi dynamics. The findings may provide a reference for clinical practice.
