摘要
本文总结1例实施眼部刮痧和中药热奄包技术治疗气滞血瘀型干眼症患者的护理体会，通过疏通眼周经络、促进气血循环及改善泪液分泌功能，加强患者生活、饮食和情志护理，有效改善患者症状。干预2周后，患者干眼级别由右眼3级，左眼2级降至右眼1级，左眼0级；泪膜破裂时间由右眼7 s，左眼6 s降至右眼7 s，左眼4 s；泪液分泌结果由右眼3 mm，左眼2 mm改善至右眼5 mm，左眼3 mm。
Abstract
This article summarizes the nursing experience of treating one patient with dry eye syndrome of Qi stagnation and blood stasis pattern using periocular gua sha combined with TCM herbal hot compress packs. By unblocking periocular meridians， promoting blood and Qi circulation， and improving tear secretion function， alongside enhanced daily living， dietary， and emotional care， the patient's symptoms were effectively alleviated. After 2 weeks of intervention， the dry eye severity decreased from grade 3 （right eye） and grade 2 （left eye） to grade 1 （right） and grade 0 （left）. Tear film breakup time changed from 7 s （right）/6 s （left） to 7 s （right， no change）/4 s （left）. Schirmer test results improved from 3 mm （right）/2 mm （left） to 5 mm （right）/3 mm （left）.
