摘要

本文总结1例眩晕病（风痰上扰证）患者实施中医护理技术相关经验。首先根据患者情况辨证分型做好护理评估，根据证型实施穴位贴敷、耳穴压豆、耳尖放血、中药泡脚及五音疗法等中医干预措施，同时结合西医硝苯地平降压和常规护理干预。中西医协同作用，有效改善患者头晕症状，降低血压，镇静安神，缩短病程。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of applying traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） techniques to a patient with vertigo （Wind-Phlegm Disturbing Upper Orifices pattern）. Based on syndrome differentiation and nursing assessment， TCM interventions such as acupoint application， auricular acupoint bean pressing， bloodletting at ear apex， herbal foot soaking， and five-element music therapy were implemented. These were combined with Western medical treatment （nifedipine for hypertension） and routine nursing care. The synergistic effect of integrated Chinese and Western medicine effectively alleviated the patient’s dizziness， reduced blood pressure， promoted sedation， and shortened the disease course.
