摘要
本文总结1例基于“通降理论”应用砭石熨摩中药透入技术在胃痞病（肝胃郁热证）中的护理应用。在常规护理基础上，通过对该患者进行症状、大便等评估，在“通降理论”指导下，通过理气通腑泄热法，恢复脾胃气机升降平衡，改善患者胃痛、胃胀、反酸及排便困难等“不通则痛”“不降则逆”症状，体现通降理论在中医护理中的核心指导价值，提高患者舒适度。
Abstract
This paper summarizes the nursing application of Bian-stone ironing with herbal penetration technology based on the "Dredging and Descending Theory" （DDT） in one case of Gastric Fullness （Liver-Stomach Depression-Heat Syndrome）. Building upon routine nursing care， comprehensive assessments of symptoms and bowel movements were conducted. Guided by DDT， the therapy focused on Regulating Qi， Harmonizing Fu-Organs， and Clearing Heat to restore the ascending-descending balance of spleen-stomach qi. This approach effectively alleviated symptoms such as epigastric pain， bloating， acid reflux， and defecation difficulties—manifestations of "Pain due to Obstruction" and "Rebellion due to Failure of Descending." The outcomes demonstrate the core guiding value of DDT in TCM nursing， significantly enhancing patient comfort.
