摘要

本文总结1例耳穴压丸联合穴位注射改善直肠癌术后FOLFOX方案（5-氟尿嘧啶、奥沙利铂、亚叶酸钙）化疗后相关恶心呕吐的护理经验。在完善各项基础护理，针对该患者的病情特点辨证施护，采取耳穴压丸联合穴位注射中医特色护理，并开展情志护理、生活起居及饮食调护，干预后患者临床症状得到有效缓解，有效改善化疗相关恶心呕吐的症状，提高患者生活质量及治疗依从性。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of using auricular plaster therapy combined with acupoint injection to alleviate chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting （CINV） in a colorectal cancer patient undergoing postoperative FOLFOX chemotherapy （5-fluorouracil， oxaliplatin， leucovorin）. Building on comprehensive foundational care， TCM-specific nursing interventions were implemented， including pattern-differentiated nursing tailored to the patient's condition， auricular plaster therapy， acupoint injection， emotional counseling， lifestyle guidance， and dietary regulation. Post-intervention， clinical symptoms were effectively alleviated， with significant mitigation of CINV， enhanced quality of life， and improved treatment compliance.
