摘要
本文总结1例哺乳期乳痈早期发热患者的中医护理经验。在中医辨证理论的指导下，通过实施手法通乳技术、耳尖放血及中药外敷治疗，配合饮食指导、情志护理等常规护理措施，有效降低患者体温，缩小乳房肿块范围。该方法具有不良反应少、安全性高等优势，且患者易于接受。
Abstract
This article summarizes the Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） nursing experience for a lactating patient with early-stage mastitis presenting fever. Guided by TCM syndrome differentiation theory， interventions including manual lactation stimulation， ear apex bloodletting， and herbal external application were implemented alongside routine nursing measures （dietary guidance and emotional support）. This integrated approach effectively reduced body temperature and decreased breast mass size. The protocol demonstrated advantages of minimal adverse effects， high safety， and excellent patient acceptability.
