摘要
本文总结应用刺络拔罐疗法联合虎符铜砭刮痧技术治疗2例发热患者的护理经验。基于中医辨证论治理论及“异病同治”原则，对肺炎，扁桃体炎发热患者进行中西医结合治疗后，病例1肺炎发热患者体温3 h内从39.2℃降至正常，病例2扁桃体炎发热患者24 h内体温恢复正常并未在发热，明显改善患者发热、疼痛及焦虑等症状。在传统西医治疗基础上运用中医适宜技术，明显缩短退热时间，加速患者康复，有效为患者减轻痛苦。铜砭刮痧联合刺络拔罐法对本文2例发热患者均有明显疗效，为发热患者的中西医结合护理治疗提供新思路。
Abstract
This study summarizes the nursing experience of treating two febrile patients using pricking-cupping therapy combined with tiger-design bronze Bian stone gua sha. Guided by the TCM theory of syndrome differentiation and treatment and the principle of "Treating Different Diseases with Same Method"， integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine interventions were applied. Case 1 （pneumonia with fever） achieved normothermia within 3 hours （decrease from 39.2°C）， while Case 2 （tonsillitis with fever） maintained normal temperature within 24 hours without recurrence. Symptoms including fever， pain， and anxiety were significantly alleviated. The integration of TCM techniques with conventional Western therapy substantially shortened fever resolution time， accelerated recovery， and reduced patient distress. This combined protocol demonstrates marked efficacy for febrile conditions， offering novel insights for integrative nursing management of fever.
