摘要

本文总结1例皮内针综合疗法治疗心血瘀阻证患者心悸的护理体会。通过总结分析此病例的治疗和护理过程，采用皮内针联合综合疗法可持续刺激穴位调节心血管功能，同时配合一般护理、病情观察、用药护理及心理护理等常规护理，并予健康宣教，有效降低冠心病患者心悸发作频率，从每日2次降至0次，显著提高患者生活质量，临床效果显著。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with palpitations due to heart-blood stasis syndrome treated with intradermal needle therapy integrated into a comprehensive approach. By analyzing the treatment and nursing process of this case， the combined use of intradermal needles and comprehensive therapy was found to provide sustained acupoint stimulation to regulate cardiovascular function. This was complemented by routine nursing measures， including general care， condition monitoring， medication management， psychological support， and health education. The intervention effectively reduced the frequency of palpitations in the coronary heart disease patient from twice daily to zero， significantly improving quality of life with notable clinical efficacy.
