摘要
本研究报道1例真心痛（气虚血瘀证）合并2型糖尿病、糖尿病足、高脂血症的复杂病例，通过中西医结合治疗与个性化护理干预取得显著疗效。诊疗方案以中医辨证论治为核心，结合西医对症支持，护理干预涵盖以下关键维度：多系统监测：动态评估心功能、血糖及感染指标；并发症管理：重点实施糖尿病足创面护理与抗感染策略；整合护理措施：包括心理疏导、个体化营养支持、中医特色技术及心脏康复训练。经28 d干预，患者心绞痛发作频率减少，血糖趋于稳定。本案例提示，基于病证结合的中西医协同模式可有效改善心血管危重症患者的临床症状与长期预后，其护理经验为临床实践提供重要参考。
Abstract
This study reports a complex case of true heart pain （with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome） combined with type 2 diabetes， diabetic foot， and hyperlipidemia. Through combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment and personalized nursing intervention， significant therapeutic effects were achieved. The diagnosis and treatment plan was centered on traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and treatment， combined with Western medicine symptomatic support. The nursing intervention covered the following key dimensions： multi-system monitoring： dynamic assessment of cardiac function， blood sugar， and infection indicators； complication management： key implementation of diabetic foot wound care and anti-infection strategies； integrated nursing measures： including psychological counseling， individualized nutritional support， traditional Chinese medicine techniques， and cardiac rehabilitation training. After 28 days of intervention， the frequency of angina pectoris attacks in the patient decreased， and blood sugar tended to stabilize. This case suggests that the integrated model of traditional Chinese and Western medicine based on disease and syndrome combination can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and long-term prognosis of patients with cardiovascular critical illnesses. The nursing experience provides important references for clinical practice.
