摘要
本案例报告1例低蛋白血症合并重度贫血患者静脉采血后出现右侧上肢大面积瘀紫伴进行性水肿，通过中西医结合治疗及多学科会诊协作，迅速实施干预。治疗第10天，患者瘀紫完全消退，水肿显著减轻，疼痛症状改善。经分析，该并发症的发生可能与医护操作因素及患者自身凝血功能、血管条件相关，提示临床需在静脉穿刺前后加强评估与动态监测，以预防此类不良事件。
Abstract
This case report describes a patient with hypoproteinemia and severe anemia who developed extensive ecchymosis with progressive edema in the right upper limb after venous blood sampling. Through integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy and multidisciplinary consultation， prompt interventions were implemented. By day 10 of treatment， the ecchymosis had completely resolved， edema was significantly reduced， and pain symptoms improved. Analysis suggested that the complication might be associated with both procedural factors and the patient's intrinsic coagulation function and vascular conditions. The findings highlight the necessity of enhanced pre- and post-venipuncture assessment and dynamic monitoring to prevent such adverse events.
