摘要
本文总结中医综合疗法联合西医治疗1例基底节脑出血患者的护理经验。中医采用温通刮痧、中药热奄包及中药泡洗疗法，以温通经络、活血祛瘀；西医应用脱水降颅压、止血及醒脑开窍等药物，辅以生活起居、饮食调护、情志调理与康复锻炼等相关护理，对患者实施全程优质的护理干预，显著改善了患者的运动及感觉障碍，提高了患者的生活质量。
Abstract
This article summarizes the nursing experience of integrated traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） and Western medicine treatment for a patient with basal ganglia hemorrhage. TCM modalities included warming and unblocking Gua Sha therapy， Chinese herbal hot compress packs， and herbal soaking baths to warm/unblock meridians and activate blood circulation/resolve stasis. Western medical interventions involved administering dehydration agents for intracranial pressure reduction， hemostatics， and consciousness-restoring/orifice-opening medications. Comprehensive high-quality nursing interventions were implemented throughout the treatment course， encompassing lifestyle guidance， dietary regulation， emotional regulation， and rehabilitation exercises. These combined approaches significantly improved the patient's motor and sensory deficits and enhanced their quality of life.
