摘要

对于44岁行外痔切除联合内痔套扎术的男性混合痔患者，临床采用以中药浸泡（主要药物组成为苦参、白鲜皮及金银花等）为核心，结合辨证施护与基础护理的中医护理方案。结果显示，术后72 h湿疹渗液减少50%，数字疼痛评分法（NRS）从6.5分降至2分，出院时血红蛋白升至85 g/L，验证中药浸泡在湿热下注型混合痔术后的临床价值。

Abstract

A 44-year-old male patient with mixed hemorrhoids underwent external hemorrhoidectomy combined with internal hemorrhoid ligation. A Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） nursing protocol was implemented， featuring herbal soaking therapy （composed primarily of Sophora flavescens ［Kushen］， Dictamnus dasycarpus ［Baixianpi］， and Lonicera japonica ［Jinyinhua］） integrated with syndrome-differentiated care and routine nursing. Results demonstrated a 50% reduction in eczema exudate within 72 hours postoperatively， a decrease in Numerical Rating Scale （NRS） pain scores from 6.5 to 2， and an increase in hemoglobin to 85 g/L upon discharge， confirming the clinical efficacy of herbal soaking for postoperative management of mixed hemorrhoids with dampness-heat pouring downward syndrome.
