摘要
本文报告1例因外周静脉输注盐酸艾司洛尔引发化学性静脉炎患者的护理干预案例。基于中医辨证施护理论，采用自拟消瘀膏（清热燥湿、凉血解毒、化瘀通络止痛）局部外敷治疗。经8 d干预后，患者静脉炎分级由3级降至0级，疼痛评分从7分降至0分，症状显著改善。本案例为化学性静脉炎的中医外治护理提供了实践参考。
Abstract
This paper reports a nursing intervention case of a patient with chemical phlebitis caused by peripheral intravenous infusion of esmolol hydrochloride. Based on the theory of syndrome differentiation nursing in Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM）， the patient was treated with topical application of self-formulated Xiaoyu Ointment （clearing heat and drying dampness， cooling blood to remove toxins， resolving stasis to unblock collaterals and alleviate pain）. After 8 days of intervention， the phlebitis grade decreased from 3 to 0， and the pain score dropped from 7 to 0， indicating significant symptom improvement. This case provides practical reference for the external TCM treatment of chemical phlebitis.
