摘要

本文基于三焦气化理论，采用砭石熨摩中药透入疗法联合综合护理干预治疗1例心力衰竭伴重度水肿患者。通过实施砭石中药透入外治法，配合症状管理、情志调护、饮食调理及用药指导等护理措施，患者水肿症状显著改善。本研究为中医外治技术在心衰患者水肿管理中的应用提供了临床实践参考。

Abstract

Based on the Sanjiao （Triple Energizer） Qi transformation theory， this study applied Bian stone ironing combined with herbal penetration therapy and comprehensive nursing interventions to treat a patient with heart failure and severe edema. By implementing external treatment with Bian stone and herbal penetration， along with symptom management， emotional regulation， dietary guidance， and medication counseling， the patient's edema symptoms significantly improved. This case provides clinical evidence for the application of Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） external therapies in edema management for heart failure patients.
