摘要

本文通过1例腰痹患者的中西医结合治疗及护理过程，探讨中西医结合疗法在腰痹治疗中的优势及其对患者康复的影响。治疗方案采用西医口服止痛药联合中医综合干预，包括艾条灸、中药膏摩、红外线治疗及超声药物透入等。护理评估涵盖疼痛程度、日常生活活动能力及跌倒风险；护理诊断为疼痛、焦虑、睡眠紊乱及疾病知识缺乏。护理计划以中西医结合为核心，突出中医特色护理（如情志调护）、生活指导及健康教育。经系统治疗与护理后，患者症状显著缓解，生活质量明显提升。文章结合病例分析，总结了中西医结合护理模式的临床价值。

Abstract

This article explores the advantages of integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine （TCM-WM） in the treatment of lumbar impediment and its impact on patient rehabilitation through the therapeutic and nursing process of a case. The treatment regimen combined Western oral analgesics with TCM interventions， including moxibustion， herbal ointment rubbing， infrared therapy， and ultrasonic drug penetration. Nursing assessments covered pain intensity， activities of daily living， and fall risk， with nursing diagnoses of pain， anxiety， sleep disturbance， and deficient knowledge. The nursing plan emphasized TCM-WM integration， focusing on TCM-specific care （e.g.， emotional regulation）， lifestyle guidance， and health education. After systematic treatment and nursing， the patient's symptoms were significantly alleviated， with marked improvement in quality of life. The article further analyzes the case and summarizes the clinical value of the TCM-WM nursing model.
