摘要
本文总结1例乳痈早期患者的护理效果。通过分析护理要点，明确干预方案，开展手法通乳技术中医技术方法联合皮内针技术，有效缓解患者乳痈患者的疼痛症状，促进乳汁排出。此外，针对患者实际情况给予护理干预，配合生活护理、用药指导、饮食指导及情志指导等护理措施，疗效显著，可为临床提供借鉴。
Abstract
This article summarizes the nursing outcomes for a patient with early-stage mastitis. By analyzing key nursing considerations and implementing a targeted intervention protocol， specialized breast massage techniques combined with intradermal needle therapy were administered. This approach effectively alleviated pain and promoted milk drainage. Additionally， personalized nursing interventions—including lifestyle management， medication guidance， dietary counseling， and emotional counseling—were provided based on the patient's clinical presentation. The integrated strategy yielded significant outcomes， offering valuable insights for clinical practice.
