摘要
本文总结1例中风恢复期气虚型便秘腹胀患者的中医综合护理实践体会。本案例基于“温通理论”，对缺血性中风气虚型便秘患者实施艾灸联合中药膏摩疗法干预，并辅以饮食调理、情志疏导和生活起居指导等措施进行辨证施护，有效缓解便秘症状，对减少脑血管事件复发和促进患者康复具有积极意义，具有良好的安全性和临床推广价值。
Abstract
This article summarizes the practical experience of traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive nursing for a patient with constipation and abdominal distension in the recovery stage of stroke， who was of the qi deficiency type. Based on the "warming and unblocking theory"， this case implemented the intervention of moxibustion combined with Chinese herbal ointment application for patients with qi deficiency type of constipation due to ischemic stroke. In addition， dietary adjustment， emotional guidance， and life routine guidance were also adopted for syndrome differentiation and treatment. This approach effectively alleviated the constipation symptoms， which is of positive significance in reducing the recurrence of cerebrovascular events and promoting the patient's recovery. It has good safety and clinical promotion value.
