摘要
本文总结1例应用头部刮痧联合耳穴贴压治疗肝郁化火型失眠患者的中医护理要点。针对肝郁化火型失眠患者，在治疗前评估患者失眠的程度，治疗中使用头部刮痧联合耳穴贴压技术，并配合中医特色护理措施，改善失眠患者睡眠质量。
Abstract
This report summarizes the key Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） nursing interventions for a patient with insomnia due to liver depression transforming into fire， treated with a combination of head Gua Sha and auricular plaster therapy. Prior to treatment， the severity of the patient's insomnia was assessed. The integrated application of head Gua Sha and auricular plaster therapy， supplemented by specialized TCM nursing measures， effectively improved the patient's sleep quality. This case highlights the clinical potential of TCM techniques in managing insomnia with specific syndrome differentiation.
