摘要

本文总结1例铜砭刮痧治疗颈源性头痛患者的护理体会，通过优化治疗方案，在“一气周流”理论指导下，针对患者头痛症状进行护理。基于中医辨证，借助铜砭刮痧治疗，并配合饮食护理等全方面的综合护理干预，有效地减轻患者头痛程度，改善其不良心理，从而提升患者的生活质量。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the nursing experience of a cervicogenic headache patient treated with copper Bian scraping therapy. Guided by the "Yiqi Zhouliu" （Unified Qi Circulation） theory， the treatment protocol was optimized to address the patient's headache symptoms through syndrome differentiation in Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM）. By employing copper Bian scraping therapy combined with comprehensive nursing interventions， including dietary guidance， the patient's headache severity was effectively reduced， psychological distress alleviated， and overall quality of life improved.
