摘要

本研究探讨耳穴贴压联合耳部刮痧在缓解高血压相关症状群患者症状中的应用效果。该方法可协同调节神经—内分泌系统，改善血管内皮功能、降低外周血管阻力，从而平稳降压。结果显示，该方法能够降低血压、改善头晕等症状，为高血压的非药物治疗提供了新思路。

Abstract

This study explores the application effect of auricular point pressing combined with auricular scraping in alleviating the symptoms of patients with hypertension-related syndrome. This method can synergistically regulate the neuro-endocrine system， improve vascular endothelial function， and reduce peripheral vascular resistance， thereby achieving stable blood pressure reduction. The results show that this method can lower blood pressure and improve symptoms such as dizziness， providing new ideas for non-pharmacological treatment of hypertension.
