目的

探讨体外冲击波（ESWT）联合蜂蜡治疗对腰椎间盘突出症患者的护理效果。
方法
2
对1例中度疼痛的腰椎间盘突出症患者实施体外冲击波治疗联合蜂蜡疗法，并配合五音疗法与情志疏导的综合护理干预。
结果
2
患者疼痛程度显著减轻，腰椎功能障碍指数（ODI）改善明显。
结论
2
体外冲击波与蜂蜡的协同治疗，结合情志护理、疼痛管理及运动疗法，能有效缓解腰椎间盘突出症相关疼痛及焦虑症状，改善睡眠质量，提升患者生活自理能力。
Abstract
Objective

To explore the nursing efficacy of extracorporeal shock wave therapy （ESWT） combined with beeswax therapy in a patient with lumbar disc herniation.
Methods
2
A comprehensive nursing intervention was implemented for a patient with moderate pain due to lumbar disc herniation， which included ESWT combined with beeswax therapy， supplemented with five-element music therapy and emotional counseling.
Results

The patient showed significant pain relief and notable improvement in the Oswestry Disability Index （ODI）.
Conclusion

The synergistic effect of ESWT and beeswax therapy， integrated with emotional nursing， pain management， and exercise therapy， effectively alleviated pain and anxiety symptoms related to lumbar disc herniation， improved sleep quality， and enhanced the patient's self-care ability.
