摘要
本文通过1例肝火扰心证失眠患者的临床护理实践，系统阐述经穴推拿联合中医特色护理的综合干预方案。基于“清肝泻火、宁心安神”治则，采用以下措施：核心治疗包括循经取穴推拿配合耳穴压豆；延伸护理包括情志护理、辨证饮食及起居指导等。干预2周后，患者睡眠质量改善，该模式为肝火扰心证失眠提供可复制的临床路径，凸显中医“内外同治”的整合医学价值。
Abstract
Through the clinical nursing practice of a patient with insomnia caused by liver fire disturbing the heart， this article systematically expounds the comprehensive intervention plan of acupoint massage combined with traditional Chinese nursing methods. Based on the treatment principle of "clearing liver fire and calming the mind"， the following measures were adopted： The core treatment included acupoint massage along the meridians combined with ear acupuncture bean pressing； The extended care included emotional care， syndrome-based diet guidance， and sleep guidance. After 2 weeks of intervention， the patient's sleep quality improved. This model provides a replicable clinical path for insomnia caused by liver fire disturbing the heart， highlighting the integrated medical value of "treating both inside and outside" in traditional Chinese medicine.
