摘要

本文总结1例初发高危型骨髓增生异常综合征患者失眠伴焦虑的护理经验。根据中医辨证结果，采用正念疗法联合耳穴贴压技术进行干预，实施个性化情志护理及日常起居指导等，有效缓解患者失眠及焦虑症状，提高患者生活质量。确诊4个月期间，患者规律来院化疗，出院居家期护士每周电话或微信随访，遵医行为良好。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with newly diagnosed high-risk myelodysplastic syndrome （MDS） presenting with insomnia and anxiety. Based on traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） syndrome differentiation， interventions combining mindfulness therapy and auricular acupressure were implemented， alongside personalized emotional nursing and daily lifestyle guidance. These approaches effectively alleviated the patient's insomnia and anxiety symptoms， improving quality of life. During the 4-month post-diagnosis period， the patient adhered to regular chemotherapy visits and maintained good compliance， with weekly telephone or WeChat follow-ups during home care.
