摘要

本文总结1例急性心肌梗死患者PCI术后失眠采用火龙罐联合耳穴贴压治疗的护理经验，基于中医辨证施护的原则，在“胃不和则卧不安”理论的指导下，从调理中焦脾胃入手，同时结合常规饮食护理、情志护理及生活起居护理等护理方法，通过精心治疗和护理，有效提高患者睡眠质量及生活质量。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of treating post-PCI insomnia in an acute myocardial infarction patient using fire-dragon cupping combined with auricular acupoint pressure therapy. Guided by the traditional Chinese medicine principle of syndrome differentiation and the theory of "stomach disorder leading to sleep disruption，" the intervention focused on regulating the middle energizer （spleen and stomach）， complemented by conventional dietary care， emotional regulation， and lifestyle guidance. Through meticulous treatment and nursing， significant improvements in sleep quality and overall life quality were achieved.
