摘要

本文旨在探讨手法通乳中医技术在哺乳期急性乳腺炎早期治疗中的应用效果。选取1例32岁哺乳期女性患者，因右乳胀痛、红肿及轻度发热等症状就医，经诊断为急性乳腺炎（早期）。通过实施手法通乳治疗，患者乳汁排泄改善，疼痛减轻，睡眠质量提高，未发生不良事件且对治疗满意。该案例表明手法通乳技术在哺乳期急性乳腺炎早期治疗中具有一定疗效，可为临床护理提供参考。

Abstract

This study explores the efficacy of manual lactation therapy， a Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） technique， in the treatment of early-stage acute mastitis during lactation. A 32-year-old lactating female patient presenting with right breast swelling， redness， pain， and mild fever was diagnosed with early-stage acute mastitis. After receiving manual lactation therapy， the patient exhibited improved milk excretion， reduced pain， enhanced sleep quality， and no adverse events， with high satisfaction toward the treatment. This case demonstrates that manual lactation therapy may be effective in managing early-stage acute mastitis during lactation， providing a reference for clinical nursing practices.
