摘要

本文总结1例溃疡性结肠炎（久痢）患者的医护一体化中西医护理查房经验。由主管医护联合针对患者症状进行讨论，共同参与与制定护理计划，实施护理干预措施，结合中西医的护理方式对患者进行治疗，包括中药膏的按摩、保留灌肠的运用以及根据个体症状的饮食建议和情志护理等，达到综合化的护理效果。医护合作在久痢临床治疗和护理中，不仅能够缓解患者生理症状，还能够显著改善患者心理状态，提升整体护理质量。

Abstract

This article summarizes the integrated medical-nursing rounds experience for a patient with ulcerative colitis （chronic diarrhea， Jiu Li in TCM）. A joint team of physicians and nurses collaboratively assessed the patient’s symptoms， formulated a care plan， and implemented interventions combining Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） and Western nursing strategies. Key interventions included TCM ointment massage， retention enema， personalized dietary guidance， and emotional counseling. The integrated approach not only alleviated physical symptoms but also significantly improved the patient’s psychological well-being， demonstrating the efficacy of interdisciplinary collaboration in enhancing holistic care quality for chronic diarrhea.
