摘要

本报告总结1例胫骨平台骨折后患肢肿胀并发张力性水泡的护理过程。护理团队通过动态评估患肢肿胀程度、疼痛反应及皮肤状况，针对性实施消肿护理、阶梯式疼痛管理及体位优化，同时加强静脉血栓栓塞症（VTE）的预防措施。针对张力性水泡，联合红外线局部照射治疗以促进局部血液循环，有效缓解肿胀并减少水泡张力。经上述干预，患者肿胀逐步消退，疼痛控制良好，皮肤状况改善，病情稳定后顺利转入手术治疗阶段。

Abstract

This report summarizes the nursing process of a patient with limb swelling and tension blisters after a tibial plateau fracture. The nursing team conducted dynamic assessments of the degree of limb swelling， pain response， and skin condition， and implemented targeted edema reduction care， stepwise pain management， and optimized positioning. At the same time， they strengthened the prevention of venous thromboembolism （VTE）. For the tension blisters， infrared local irradiation therapy was combined to promote local blood circulation， effectively reducing swelling and the tension of blisters. Through these interventions， the patient's swelling gradually subsided， pain was well controlled， skin condition improved， and the patient was smoothly transferred to the surgical treatment stage after the condition stabilized.
