摘要
本文总结1例鳖甲灸配合耳穴埋豆治疗肾气亏虚型癃闭的护理经验。基于中医“补肾益气，开窍启闭”理论，在常规护理基础上结合辨证施护原则，采用鳖甲灸与耳穴埋豆联合干预，辅以情志调摄、生活起居指导及健康宣教。结果表明，该综合护理方案可有效改善肾气亏虚型癃闭患者的尿频、尿急症状，缓解临床不适，减轻患者痛苦。鳖甲灸联合耳穴埋豆对此类癃闭症状具有显著缓解作用，值得临床推广应用。
Abstract
This article summarizes the nursing experience of treating one case of dysuria due to kidney qi deficiency using turtle shell moxibustion combined with auricular acupoint bean embedding. Based on the traditional Chinese medicine theory of "tonifying kidney qi and promoting orifice-opening for diuresis，" the integrated nursing approach incorporated syndrome differentiation principles alongside conventional care. Interventions included turtle shell moxibustion， auricular acupoint bean embedding， emotional regulation， lifestyle guidance， and health education. The results demonstrated that this comprehensive nursing protocol effectively alleviated urinary frequency and urgency， improved clinical symptoms， and reduced patient discomfort. The combination of turtle shell moxibustion and auricular acupoint bean embedding showed significant therapeutic effects for dysuria of kidney qi deficiency type， warranting clinical promotion.
