摘要
本文总结1例高血压脑出血合并肺部感染患者的护理经验。该患者脑梗死致肢体偏瘫合并吞咽障碍合并肺部感染，护理重点及难点包括呼吸机相关感染的预防，肢体功能障碍及吞咽功能障碍的康复护理，医护决策共享，提供个性化护理。经积极治疗和精心护理，患者成功脱机拔管，病情稳定转出神经重症监护室。对于脑出血合并肺部感染患者制订个性化的治疗护理方案，可有效促进患者康复。
Abstract
This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage complicated by pulmonary infection. The patient presented with limb hemiplegia and dysphagia due to cerebral infarction， along with pulmonary infection. Key nursing challenges included the prevention of ventilator-associated infections， rehabilitation for limb and swallowing dysfunction， shared medical decision-making， and personalized care. Through active treatment and meticulous nursing， the patient was successfully weaned from mechanical ventilation and transferred out of the neuro-intensive care unit with stable condition. Developing individualized treatment and nursing plans for such patients can effectively promote recovery.
