摘要
本文报道1例肝癌合并白血病患者的顽固性呃逆护理实践。护理团队通过四诊评估明确患者证型，结合辨证施护，采用葫芦灸倒吸灸与腕踝针疗法，以和胃降气、止呕促胃肠蠕动，辅以饮食调护改善营养状态，并通过情志护理缓解焦虑。经2周干预后，患者体重增加4 kg，顽固性呃逆显著缓解。出院后延续护理方案进一步降低症状复发风险，体现中西医结合护理在复杂并发症管理中的优势。
Abstract
This article reports the nursing management of intractable hiccups in a patient with hepatocellular carcinoma and leukemia. The nursing team conducted syndrome differentiation based on the four diagnostic methods （inspection， auscultation and olfaction， inquiry， and palpation） and implemented tailored interventions， including gourd moxibustion （reverse suction moxibustion） and wrist-ankle acupuncture to regulate stomach qi， relieve nausea， and promote gastrointestinal motility. Nutritional support through dietary therapy and emotional care to alleviate anxiety were also integrated. After two weeks of intervention， the patient's weight increased by 4 kg， with significant improvement in intractable hiccups. Post-discharge follow-up care further reduced the risk of symptom recurrence， demonstrating the advantages of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing in managing complex complications.
