摘要
本文总结1例28岁女性头颈面部多处刀扎伤后自我形象紊乱的护理经验。患者因报复性伤害导致头面部暴露区域受损，严重影响其容貌及心理健康。女性对外观美感的高敏感性使该病例更具护理挑战性。在常规治疗基础上，护理团队实施多维度心理干预，包括创伤后应激疏导，容貌接纳训练及社会功能重建指导。通过25 d的系统干预，患者心理适应能力显著改善，最终实现生理与心理双重康复。出院评估显示，患者已具备良好的社会回归能力，家属对护理效果表示认可。
Abstract
This article summarizes the nursing experience of a 28-year-old female patient with self-image disorder following multiple stab wounds to the head， neck， and face. The patient suffered disfigurement in exposed facial areas due to retaliatory violence， severely affecting her appearance and psychological well-being. The heightened aesthetic sensitivity of female patients added complexity to the nursing challenges. In addition to routine treatment， the nursing team implemented multidimensional psychological interventions， including post-traumatic stress counseling， appearance acceptance training， and social function rehabilitation guidance. After 25 days of systematic intervention， the patient demonstrated significant improvement in psychological adaptability， ultimately achieving dual recovery in both physiological and psychological aspects. Discharge evaluation indicated restored social reintegration capacity， with the family expressing satisfaction with the nursing outcomes.
