摘要
本研究通过1例76岁肝火扰心型失眠女性患者的个案分析，探讨头部刮痧联合针刺治疗的临床疗效及护理要点。记录患者治疗前后的睡眠质量（如入睡困难、易醒等）及中医证候变化，并实施针对性辨证护理。结果显示，该联合疗法能显著改善患者失眠症状，配合中医特色护理可进一步提升疗效。
Abstract
This study examines the clinical efficacy and nursing key points of scalp Gua Sha combined with acupuncture through a case analysis of a 76-year-old female patient with insomnia due to liver-fire disturbing the heart. The sleep quality （e.g.， difficulty falling asleep， easy awakening） and TCM syndrome evolution were recorded before and after treatment， supplemented by syndrome-differentiated nursing interventions. The results demonstrate that this combined therapy significantly improved insomnia symptoms， and the integration of specialized TCM nursing further enhanced therapeutic outcomes.
