摘要
本文总结艾条灸联合中药膏摩治疗1例原发性单侧膝关节病气滞血瘀证患者的护理体会。在完善相关临床检查的基础上，结合中医理论进行辨证论治，采用艾条灸联合中药膏摩相结合的方法治疗患者症状，配合常规护理及心理护理。治疗后，患者原发性单侧膝关节病气滞血瘀证症状明显改善，术后生活质量得到显著提高。
Abstract
This article summarizes the nursing experience of treating a patient with primary unilateral knee osteoarthritis of qi stagnation and blood stasis pattern using moxibustion with moxa sticks combined with herbal ointment massage. Based on comprehensive clinical examinations and TCM syndrome differentiation， the patient was treated with a combination of moxibustion and herbal ointment massage， supplemented by routine nursing and psychological care. After treatment， the patient's symptoms of qi stagnation and blood stasis significantly improved， and postoperative quality of life was notably enhanced.
