摘要
本文总结1例采用乳房刺络拔罐联合揿针治疗粉刺性乳腺炎患者的护理体会。在中医整体观、辨证施护等理论的指导下，给予患者乳房刺络拔罐联合揿针治疗，并配合饮食调护、情志护理等综合中医护理干预，患者疼痛症缓解，肿块大小缩小，有效控制疾病的进一步发展，值得临床应用及推广。
Abstract
This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with comedomastitis treated with combined breast pricking-cupping and press needle therapy. Guided by the holistic concept of Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） and syndrome-differentiated nursing， integrated TCM interventions including dietary guidance and emotional counseling were implemented. The patient achieved significant pain relief and reduction in mass size， effectively controlling disease progression. This approach demonstrates clinical value for wider application.
