摘要

本文总结1例食管黏膜高级别上皮内瘤变患者行内镜下黏膜剥离术（ESD）的中西医结合护理经验。通过全面的术前评估，精细的术中配合，以及术后中西医结合并发症防控与康复调理，患者焦虑情绪显著缓解，术后疼痛得到有效控制，未发生出血、穿孔等并发症。该案例充分展示中西医协同护理模式在ESD围术期管理中的独特优势，为临床护理实践提供了可借鉴的经验。

Abstract

This article summarizes the experience of integrated Chinese and Western medicine nursing for a patient with high-grade intraepithelial neoplasia of the esophageal mucosa who underwent endoscopic submucosal dissection （ESD）. Through comprehensive preoperative assessment， meticulous intraoperative cooperation， and postoperative integrated Chinese and Western medicine intervention for complication prevention and rehabilitation care， the patient's anxiety was significantly relieved， postoperative pain was effectively controlled， and no complications such as bleeding or perforation occurred. This case fully demonstrates the unique advantages of the collaborative Chinese-Western nursing model in the perioperative management of ESD， providing a reference for clinical nursing practice.
