摘要
本文总结1例基于经络腧穴理论，采用中药膏摩联合艾灸治疗风寒痹阻型项痹病患者的临床护理体会。在经络腧穴理论及辨证施护指导下，以中药膏摩联合艾灸为核心干预措施，配合功能锻炼、膳食调护及起居调摄等综合护理，有效缓解风寒痹阻型项痹病所致颈肩背部疼痛、僵硬等症状，进而提高患者的生活质量。
Abstract
This paper summarizes the clinical nursing experience of treating a patient with wind-cold obstruction type cervicobrachial syndrome based on meridian and acupoint theory using Chinese herbal ointment massage combined with moxibustion. Under the guidance of meridian and acupoint theory and syndrome differentiation-based nursing， with Chinese herbal ointment massage combined with moxibustion as the core intervention measures， and in combination with functional exercise， dietary care， and lifestyle adjustment， the symptoms such as neck， shoulder and back pain and stiffness caused by wind-cold obstruction type cervicobrachial syndrome were effectively relieved， thereby improving the patient's quality of life.
