摘要
本文总结1例周围性面瘫患者行易罐联合雷火灸治疗的效果观察及护理经验。临床以温经散寒、通络止痹为核心治则，采用易罐疗法联合雷火灸为主的治疗方案，同时辅以饮食调理、情志疏导、面部护理及康复训练等整体护理干预举措。借助改良Portmann简易评分量表评估干预效果，结果显示该方案可有效改善患者面神经功能，缓解焦虑情绪，提升患者生活质量。本方案具有不良反应少、患者舒适度高、面神经功能恢复快的优势，值得临床推广应用。
Abstract
This article summarizes the effect observation and nursing experience of treating one case of peripheral facial paralysis with Yi Can combined with Lei Huo Moxibustion. The clinical treatment principle is to warm the meridians， dispel cold， and unblock the meridians to relieve pain. The treatment plan mainly uses Yi Can therapy combined with Lei Huo Moxibustion， and is supplemented by overall nursing intervention measures such as dietary adjustment， emotional guidance， facial care， and rehabilitation training. The modified Portmann simple scoring scale was used to evaluate the intervention effect. The results showed that this plan could effectively improve the facial nerve function of patients， relieve anxiety， and improve the quality of life of patients. This plan has the advantages of few adverse reactions， high patient comfort， and rapid recovery of facial nerve function， and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
