摘要

本文总结1例急性视网膜坏死综合征（acute retinal necrosis syndrome， ARN）患者的中西医结合治疗护理经验，以中医辨证分型与西医精准护理为核心，系统梳理病情监测、用药管理、中医干预等关键护理措施，结合中外文献证据深入探讨护理要点，为临床同类病例护理实践提供参考。近年来，中医药在ARN治疗中初见成效，尤其在延缓病情进展、改善患者预后方面优势显著；中西医结合互补，充分发挥中医特色护理技术作用，可有效挽救患者视功能，提升生活质量。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of integrated Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） and Western medicine in treating a patient with acute retinal necrosis syndrome （ARN）. Focusing on TCM syndrome differentiation and evidence-based Western nursing， it systematically outlines key interventions such as condition monitoring， medication management， and TCM therapies， while discussing nursing priorities with supporting literature. Recent studies suggest that TCM has shown preliminary efficacy in ARN treatment， particularly in delaying disease progression and improving prognosis. The integration of TCM and Western medicine， leveraging the strengths of TCM-specific nursing techniques， can effectively preserve visual function and enhance patients' quality of life.
