摘要

本文总结1例耳穴疗法联合中药泡洗治疗老年高血压（肝阳上亢证）患者的护理体会。在完善各项临床检查的基础上，结合中医辨证施护理论，予患者耳穴疗法联合中药泡洗干预，治疗期间同步配合常规护理与心理护理措施。经系统干预，患者焦虑症状得到有效缓解，负面情绪明显减轻，血压控制达标，睡眠质量与焦虑状态均得到显著改善。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of integrating auricular therapy with herbal foot bath in treating an elderly hypertensive patient with liver-yang hyperactivity pattern. Based on comprehensive clinical examinations and guided by TCM syndrome differentiation theory， the patient received combined interventions of auricular therapy and herbal foot bath， supplemented with routine nursing and psychological care. Systematic interventions effectively alleviated the patient's anxiety， reduced negative emotions， achieved blood pressure control targets， and significantly improved sleep quality and anxiety levels.
