摘要
本文通过对1例腰椎骨折术后不寐患者实施穴位埋针联合耳穴贴压的个性化护理干预，探讨中医护理技术在改善术后睡眠障碍中的应用效果。该患者因腰椎骨折术后出现入睡困难，中医辨证为心肝血虚证，经4次穴位埋针联合耳穴贴压干预及五音疗法等综合护理措施后，疼痛症状得到缓解，睡眠质量显著提升。结果表明，将穴位埋针联合耳穴贴压与循证护理理念相结合，能有效改善腰椎骨折术后患者的睡眠状况，促进患者康复，可为临床同类病例的护理提供参考依据。
Abstract
This paper explores the application effect of traditional Chinese nursing techniques in improving postoperative sleep disorders by implementing personalized nursing intervention of acupoint embedding needles combined with auricular point pressing for a patient with insomnia after lumbar fracture surgery. The patient experienced difficulty falling asleep after lumbar fracture surgery and was diagnosed with heart and liver blood deficiency syndrome in traditional Chinese medicine. After four sessions of acupoint embedding needles combined with auricular point pressing intervention and comprehensive nursing measures such as the five-tone therapy， the patient's pain symptoms were relieved and sleep quality significantly improved. The results show that combining acupoint embedding needles with auricular point pressing and evidence-based nursing concepts can effectively improve the sleep status of patients after lumbar fracture surgery， promote patient recovery， and provide a reference basis for clinical nursing of similar cases.
