目的

探讨基于全息理论的火龙罐综合灸法在风寒袭络型面瘫病患者中的护理干预效果。
方法
2
选取1例风寒袭络型面瘫患者，在全息理论指导下开展火龙罐综合灸治疗，并配合针对性护理措施，包括心理疏导、面部功能康复训练、疾病认知教育等，动态观察患者治疗及护理后的临床恢复情况。
结果

经系统治疗与护理干预后，患者House-Brackman（H-B）面神经功能分级由Ⅴ级改善至Ⅰ级，面部症状显著缓解，焦虑情绪及疼痛程度均得到有效控制，疾病认知水平提升，生活质量明显改善。
结论

基于全息理论的火龙罐综合灸法联合针对性护理干预，可有效促进风寒袭络型面瘫患者面神经功能恢复，改善身心状态，具有较高的临床推广价值。
Abstract
Objective

To explore the effect of nursing intervention based on holographic theory with fire dragon can comprehensive moxibustion in patients with facial paralysis caused by wind-cold invading meridians.
Methods

One patient with facial paralysis caused by wind-cold invading meridians was selected. Under the guidance of holographic theory， fire dragon can comprehensive moxibustion was carried out， and targeted nursing measures were combined， including psychological counseling， facial function rehabilitation training， and disease cognition education. The clinical recovery of the patient after treatment and nursing was dynamically observed.
Results

After systematic treatment and nursing intervention， the House-Brackman （H-B） facial nerve function grade of the patient improved from grade V to grade I， facial symptoms were significantly relieved， anxiety and pain were effectively controlled， disease cognition level was improved， and quality of life was significantly improved.
Conclusion

The combination of fire dragon can comprehensive moxibustion based on holographic theory and targeted nursing intervention can effectively promote the recovery of facial nerve function in patients with facial paralysis caused by wind-cold invading meridians， improve physical and mental status， and has high clinical promotion value.
