摘要
本研究介绍1例气郁痰凝型瘿病（甲状腺结节）患者的非药物综合干预案例，构建了“辨证施术—辨证施情—辨证施膳”三位一体的中医特色护理模式。通过融合穴位贴敷、五行音乐、情志疏导与药膳食疗等非药物干预手段，形成系统化健康管理方案。其中，“五行音乐配合太冲、内关穴位按摩”在改善患者焦虑情绪方面效果突出。该方案不仅能缓解颈前胀痛等症状、促进甲状腺结节体积缩小，更构建生理—心理—社会多维度干预体系，为非药物中医护理在甲状腺结节管理中的标准化实践提供了临床参考。
Abstract
This study presents a case of non-pharmacological comprehensive intervention for a patient with goiter （thyroid nodules） of qi stagnation and phlegm coagulation type， constructing a TCM characteristic nursing model of "syndrome differentiation-based treatment—emotion management—dietary regulation". A systematic health management plan was formed by integrating non-pharmacological interventions such as acupoint application， five-element music therapy， emotional counseling， and medicinal diet therapy. Among these， "five-element music combined with Taichong and Neiguan acupoint massage" showed remarkable efficacy in improving the patient's anxiety. This program not only alleviated symptoms such as anterior cervical distension and pain and promoted the reduction of thyroid nodule volume but also established a multi-dimensional intervention system covering physical， psychological， and social aspects， providing clinical reference for the standardized practice of non-pharmacological TCM nursing in thyroid nodule management.
