摘要
本文总结1例脑干梗死致意识障碍患者采用醒脑开窍针刺疗法联合中药方剂治疗的精细化护理体会。患者因脑干梗死致昏迷伴四肢瘫痪，在醒脑开窍针刺法联合中药方剂治疗基础上实施精细化护理，经8 d治疗，患者对疼痛刺激产生反应，格拉斯哥昏迷评分（GCS）由3分提升至4分；经15 d系统干预，患者病情平稳，顺利出院。该案例可为同类危重患者的护理提供参考，值得临床推广应用。
Abstract
This article summarizes the refined nursing experience for a patient with consciousness disorder caused by brainstem infarction treated with Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture therapy combined with herbal formula. The patient， who presented with coma and quadriplegia due to brainstem infarction， received refined nursing care alongside the combined treatment. After 8 days of intervention， the patient exhibited responses to painful stimuli， with the Glasgow Coma Scale （GCS） score improving from 3 to 4. Following 15 days of systematic treatment， the patient stabilized and was discharged successfully. This case provides a reference for nursing similar critical conditions and warrants clinical promotion.
