摘要
本研究回顾性分析并总结1例粘连性肠梗阻患者的中西医结合治疗与护理经验。基于中医基础理论实施辨证施护，在常规综合护理基础上，采用中医特色腹部膏摩推拿对患者进行护理干预，以调理腹部气血，促进脏腑功能恢复，改善消化代谢状态，提升患者整体生命质量。
Abstract
This study retrospectively analyzed and summarized the integrated traditional Chinese and Western medical treatment and nursing experience of a patient with adhesive intestinal obstruction. Based on the foundational theories of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM）， syndrome-differentiated nursing was implemented. In addition to conventional comprehensive care， the patient received TCM-specific abdominal ointment massage to regulate abdominal qi and blood， promote visceral functional recovery， improve digestive and metabolic status， and enhance overall quality of life.
