摘要
本文总结1例火龙罐联合刺络拔罐治疗气滞血瘀型带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者的护理体会。通过中医辨证分析，在实施疼痛管理、生活照护、膳食指导、心理干预及功能锻炼等系统性护理措施基础上，联合火龙罐与刺络拔罐疗法干预4周，患者疼痛症状显著缓解，生活质量明显改善，期间未发生不良反应。出院后3个月随访显示，患者疼痛未复发，身心状态良好。该“外治+内调”的综合护理模式可协同提升治疗效果，为临床此类患者的护理实践提供参考。
Abstract
This article summarizes the nursing experience of treating a patient with postherpetic neuralgia due to qi stagnation and blood stasis by combining fire dragon suction cupping and acupuncture-point suction cupping. Through the analysis of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation， systematic nursing measures such as pain management， life care， dietary guidance， psychological intervention and functional exercise were implemented. Combined with fire dragon suction cupping and acupuncture-point suction cupping therapy for 4 weeks， the patient's pain symptoms were significantly relieved， and the quality of life was significantly improved. No adverse reactions occurred during this period. After 3 months of follow-up after discharge， it was shown that the patient's pain did not recur and the physical and mental state was good. The comprehensive nursing model of "external treatment + internal regulation" can synergistically enhance the therapeutic effect and provide a reference for the clinical nursing practice of such patients.
