摘要

本文总结经穴推拿联合头部刮痧治疗1例肝火扰心型失眠症的护理体会。经穴推拿联合头部刮痧可有效改善患者失眠症状，在中医辨证基础上，先行经穴推拿技术，再联合头部刮痧技术对重点经络及穴位进行刺激，以增强安神助眠疗效。治疗前后采用失眠严重程度指数量表（ISI）、数字疼痛分级法（NRS）及汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）进行评估。结果显示，治疗后患者焦虑状态、睡眠质量及头痛症状均较前改善。该联合疗法通过多靶点调节实现“疏肝—宁心—安神”的协同效应，具有无创伤、低风险及整体调节的优势，为失眠症的中医绿色诊疗提供了新的可行思路。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of treating a patient with insomnia of liver fire disturbing the heart syndrome by acupoint massage combined with scalp scraping. Acupoint massage combined with scalp scraping can effectively improve the insomnia symptoms of patients. Based on the TCM syndrome differentiation， acupoint massage is performed first， followed by scalp scraping on key meridians and acupoints to enhance the effect of calming the mind and promoting sleep. The Insomnia Severity Index （ISI）， Numerical Rating Scale （NRS）， and Hamilton Anxiety Scale （HAMA） were used for assessment before and after treatment. The results showed that the patient's anxiety state， sleep quality， and headache symptoms were all improved after treatment. This combined therapy achieves a synergistic effect of "soothing the liver - calming the heart - calming the mind" through multi-target regulation， and has the advantages of being non-invasive， low-risk， and providing overall regulation. It provides a new feasible idea for the green TCM diagnosis and treatment of insomnia.
