摘要

本文总结1例中风后肢体功能障碍患者采用中药水罐联合肢体康复锻炼治疗的护理体会。针对患者中风后肢体活动不利的临床症状，采用中药水罐疗法，将药物、穴位与罐疗三者有机结合，作用于相应穴位，同时配合规范的肢体康复锻炼，形成中西医协同干预方案。临床实践表明，该联合疗法可有效提升患者肢体肌力等级，提高日常生活自理能力，对促进中风后患者的功能恢复具有积极临床意义。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with post-stroke limb dysfunction who received Chinese herbal liquid cupping therapy combined with limb rehabilitation exercise. In response to the clinical manifestations of limited limb mobility following stroke， Chinese herbal liquid cupping therapy was adopted to organically integrate herbal medicine， acupoint stimulation， and cupping therapy， acting on the corresponding acupoints. Meanwhile， standardized limb rehabilitation exercises were provided concurrently， forming a synergistic intervention scheme that integrated Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） and Western medicine. Clinical practice demonstrated that this combined therapy effectively improved the patient's muscle strength grade of the affected limb and enhanced the ability to perform activities of daily living （ADL）， exerting positive clinical significance for promoting functional recovery in post-stroke patients.
