摘要

本文总结1例早期妊娠稽留流产保守治疗患者的护理管理经验。患者在常规保守治疗期间，出现明显下腹部阵发性疼痛及腰骶部酸痛，伴焦虑、失眠等情绪症状。临床实施以耳穴三序疗法（按摩、刮痧、压豆）为核心的中医特色护理干预，同时配合疼痛护理、情志护理及饮食护理。经个体化综合干预后，患者疼痛程度显著减轻，疼痛持续时间缩短，焦虑情绪缓解，治疗耐受性提升。本案例体现了耳穴疗法在早孕期稽留流产保守治疗疼痛管理中的独特优势，为该类患者的疼痛护理提供了安全有效的新思路，也为中医护理技术在妇产科疼痛管理领域的推广应用提供了实践依据。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing management experience of a patient with missed abortion in early pregnancy receiving conservative treatment. During routine conservative therapy， the patient developed obvious paroxysmal pain in the lower abdomen and soreness in the lumbosacral region， accompanied by emotional symptoms including anxiety and insomnia. A characteristic Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） nursing intervention was clinically implemented， with the auricular three-step therapy （massage， scraping， and seed-pressing） as the core regimen， supplemented by pain care， emotional care， and dietary guidance. Following individualized and comprehensive intervention， the patient's pain intensity was markedly alleviated， the duration of pain was shortened， anxiety was relieved， and treatment tolerance was improved. This case demonstrates the unique advantages of auricular therapy in pain management during conservative treatment of missed abortion in early pregnancy， providing a safe and effective new approach for pain care in this patient population， and offering practical evidence for the promotion and application of TCM nursing techniques in the field of pain management in obstetrics and gynecology.
