摘要

探讨医护一体化护理模式在肩关节周围炎术后患者中的应用效果与临床价值，选取1例肩关节射频消融术后患者，实施术前、术后医护一体化协同护理及术后康复训练。经干预后，患者疼痛明显缓解，肩关节活动度显著改善，未发生感染、神经血管损伤等并发症；术后1个月肩关节功能基本恢复，可独立完成日常生活动作。结果表明，医护一体化护理可有效提升肩关节周围炎术后护理质量，加速肩关节功能恢复，降低并发症发生率，改善患者生活质量，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract

This study explores the efficacy and clinical value of an integrated medical-nursing care model for postoperative patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis. A case of a patient undergoing radiofrequency ablation was selected， and coordinated preoperative-postoperative care combined with rehabilitation training was implemented. Post-intervention， the patient exhibited significant pain relief， improved shoulder joint mobility， and no complications such as infection or neurovascular injury. Shoulder function was largely restored within one month， enabling independent completion of daily activities. The results demonstrate that integrated medical-nursing care enhances postoperative care quality， accelerates functional recovery， reduces complication rates， and improves quality of life， warranting clinical promotion.
